About Us
Baldwin Area Pickleball was founded in 2012 and formally organized as Baldwin Area Pickleball Association, a registered unincorporated association, in 2022. BAPA exists for the promotion of Pickleball in the central St. Croix County area with the goal of improving access to and condition of facilities and to encourage and facilitate play.
